Public website
The public site does not require an account. Anonymous traffic analytics are loaded only if you select “Allow analytics.” Your preference is stored in your browser. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, and site-use information.
Contact and membership applications
When you use a form, the information you submit is processed by Formspree and delivered to the Circle. Membership applications contain your chosen name, email address, and your explanation of why you would like to join. A legal name is not required.
Application information is used only to evaluate and respond to the request, protect the community, and issue an invitation when approved. It is not sold.
Member community
The private community has a separate, more detailed privacy notice available from its registration and login pages.
Your choices
You may decline analytics without losing access to the public site. You may request correction or deletion of information submitted through the forms by using the contact page.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
